What we consider lost:
A shipment marked unfulfilled or delivered that has not yet been received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered.
Your tracking has not updated for 2 weeks from the ship date.
What we consider damaged:
Items damaged in transit - clothing is wet, stained, torn etc.
If part of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit
Please e-mail us immediately if your items arrived damaged or if something is missing from your order. Make sure to include photos of the tampered items.
What is not covered:
Shipping delays
Missing packages or fees incurred if an incorrect address is provided
Orders stuck in customs - we are not responsible for customs delays or fees
Items returned to us that are not in resalable condition

We will follow the claims policy with the carrier to locate your parcel or deem it as lost/missing. This can take up to 8 weeks and is at the discretion of the carrier. If your shipment has a GPS location or photo evidence of delivery to your address, with a neighbor or at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.

Undies and mystery items are FINAL SALE. All other items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (shipping excluded. shipping CANNOT be refunded). Items must be clearly unworn and clean with tags intact.

If returned within the 30-day window, you have the option to request a refund, to exchange for another size/style or item of equal value or receive store credit in the form of a gift card which can be transferrable to another person.
Returns for defective items will include prepaid shipping from the continental US. PLEASE NOTE: Pre-paid shipping labels are only provided for items that are defective. All other returns will require customer paid return shipping. Peachy Athletic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless you opted for Order Protect. Packages shipped to countries other than the United States are likely to incur customs duty fees once items are imported. These fees are out our control and must be paid for by the recipient. Please consult your local country's tax regulation authority for more information, as this is not something we are able to assist with.
If packages are refused either from the United States or another country, and we incur shipping fees for the refused package, these fees will be deducted from your return amount.
Shipping fees from original purchase cannot be refunded. Peachy Athletic is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
Return Policy for buy X, get X free sales: Items purchased during a BXGX sale can only be processed as an exchange for another item.
****Please Read***** Public health is a significant concern of ours that we do not take lightly. While you are welcome to try on shorts prior to a return, please do so with underwear. All shorts will be inspected with a black light to ensure no they are clean and unworn. If your return does not pass the visual and black light test, evidence will be emailed to you and we will not be able to process your return. There are ZERO exceptions.
