• Most items can be returned for a refund, store credit in the form of a gift card, or an exchange of equal value.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you'd like to perform an exchange, Peachy Athletic will cover the cost of shipping.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. We know this is not ideal, but we have limited staff and returns are incredibly time consuming. Please understand that this is necessary to continue offering returns.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

  • Items be clearly unworn and clean with tags intact.
  • Items must be in original packaging.
  • ***Please Read***** Public health is a significant concern of ours that we do not take lightly. While you are welcome to try on shorts prior to a return, please do so with underwear. All garments will be inspected with a black light to ensure no they are clean and unworn. If your return does not pass the visual and black light test, evidence will be emailed to you, and we will not be able to process your return. There are ZERO exceptions.
  • Clean and unworn garments must be free from:
    • Pet/animal hair
    • Perfumes
    • Deodorant stains
    • Any stains of any kind
    • Human hair
    • Smells/odors
    • Bodily fluids, including but not limited to sweat, blood, and other bodily fluids.
    • Cigarette smoke
    • Dirt
    • Makeup
    • Detergents
    • Moisturizes
    • Literally any external contaminant
    • This list exists because we have received and rejected returns containing all of the things listed above. Please be mindful and check the condition of your return before shipping it back to us.
    • If the items look like they were worn, or have any external contaminants of any kind, they will be disposed of, and your return will not be processed. 

Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Peachy Athletic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless you opted for Order Protect. Porch pirates are on the rise. It is highly encouraged that you select ORDER PROTECT at checkout to protect your purchase.
  • Peachy Athletic is not responsible for stolen packages. ORDER PROTECT provides coverage for lost, stolen, and damaged items. The claims process is fast and easy.
